At Recovery Harbor, we are committed to delivering your order safely and reliably. Please review the information below regarding processing and shipping timelines.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Recovery Harbor is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is:
15–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping timelines may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, high seasonal demand, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Some orders may arrive sooner than expected.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be sent via email once your order ships.
Please allow several business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system, as initial scans may take time to register.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 45 business days of shipment, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer either:

A full refund
Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are unable to issue a refund unless official non-delivery documentation is provided by the carrier. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
