Recovery Harbor – Return & Refund Policy

At Recovery Harbor, your comfort and confidence matter to us. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting:

After 12 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

support@recoveryharbor.shop

Please include:

• Clear photos or video
• Photos of packaging
• Shipping label
• Order number

If approved, we will offer:

• A replacement, or
• A full refund

Minor cosmetic issues (packaging dents, small wrinkles, thread imperfections) do not qualify.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or parts are missing, contact us within 7 days with photo proof.

We may offer:

• Replacement
• Missing part shipment
• Partial or full refund

Orders Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows “Delivered,” we cannot issue a refund unless official non-delivery documentation is provided by your local post office.

Packages not claimed, refused, or undeliverable due to incorrect address are not eligible for refund.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages (U.S. Orders)

Orders are considered lost if 45 days have passed since shipment.

If confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs inspection, severe weather, or other force majeure events are not eligible for compensation but we will assist in tracking.

Address Errors

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Refused delivery
• Failure to collect package

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before checkout.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety standards for wearable support devices, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size
• Personal preference

Items showing signs of use or body contact are not eligible for return.

If a return is exceptionally approved, it must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• Requested within 30 days

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed defective.

We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
